MK ULTRA was a CIA Mind Control Research Program ran by Psychiatrist Dr. Donald Ewan Cameron. It was comprised of over 168 sub-projects many of which we still do not have the full story on.
Several elements of the Bob Lazar story, including the timeline of when and how these events took place, suggest that Bob Lazar was possibly a victim of MK-ULTRA style brainwashing program.
