Vega rocket launches 53 satellites in return-to-flight

An Arianespace Vega rocket launched the new Small Spacecraft Mission Service (SSMS) proof-of-concept flight. 53 satellites will be deployed if all goes well. It's the first Vega to launch since 2019, when a rocket motor anomaly caused the loss of the United Arab Emirates' FalconEye1 Earth-observation satellite.
