ESA's Thomas Pesquet and JAXA's Akihiko Hoshide ventured outside the International Space Station on Sept. 12, 2021 to prepare the orbital outpost for the "future installation and deployment of the third of six new International Space Station Roll-Out Solar Arrays (iROSA)," according to NASA.
