Rocket Lab CEO eats his hat (literally) for about-face on launcher size

Rocket Lab CEO Peter Beck has announced that the private spaceflight company will build a medium-lift launcher called Neutron. This is a reversal of the stance the company took on entering that market, hence..the literal eating of a hat.
