Hurricane Dorian has dropped 13 Millibars in 3 Hours to 970 mb.
With 86+ Hours to develop, Dorian only needs to drop 54 mb more to reach 919 mb and Category 5 status. The next 24 HOURS will be crucial. but i fear this could be a record breaker.
