KIDNAP Threatened at Surrey Mansion

There are hundreds of mansions lying abandoned in Surrey. For some reason this area mor ethan any other has a glut of buildings which have not been looked after then left to rot away. Shameful behaviour on behalf of the owners.

The foreign man who tried to accost us should get a collar and identity tag for his dog as its illegal now not to have your dog identified and chipped. If the dog got lost it may never get returned.
