Hospital Bunker WHO WAS IT FOR

A mysterious bunker on the grounds of a hospital which seems to have rubber seals on the doors to keep air in or out but it seems woefully too small to house many people. Who was this intended for?


We are not releasing the location to not entice people to go to the hospital as it is a working site.
