It is officially Hurricane Season 2019. You;d better be ready for a Hurricane. Invest 91L has a lot of possibilities. Worst Case Scenario? This massive area of moisture has potential to hit Mexico get dragged into the Gulf of Mexico by a front, then intensify rapidly and knuckleball over and hit Texas or and Louisiana and move up and East over already flooded out areas. It needs to be watched and i dont like it. IT will bring too much rain no matter what it develops into. Stay Cool.
