Firefly Aerospace's 95-foot-tall (29 meters) Alpha rocket launched from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on a Sept. 2, 2021 and suffered an anomaly about 2.5 minutes into flight. Full Story: https://www.space.com/firefly-aerospace-first-alpha-rocket-launch-failure
It was carrying a payload called DREAM ("Dedicated Research and Education Accelerator Mission").
