Finding 'better ways to eat in space' is new NASA challenge

Humans traveling to the Moon, Mars and beyond aren't going to be able to hit the supermarket for groceries. They will have to have food systems in place. NASA and the Canadian Space Agency are conducting a 'Deep Space Food Challenge' to find creative solutions.
