Washington D.C. area. Video shared by academic_spaghetti, beginning of April 2022. According to the witness who filmed the video, the halo like appearance only occured as a video artifact from sun reflecting off the object, and it was one solid object. He estimates the object was around 5,000 -10,000ft below the commercial airline he was flying in. It appeared to be hovering a lot before he took the video and disappeared at the end of the video and didnt see it for the remainder of the flight. No one else on the flight had noticed this.
