Yeah I know what your going to say 10 hours, are you frigging kidding. Errrrm.... yeah we can get on a major talk fest and forget the time.

All I can say is that say by about hour 2 we have dealt with the main headline subject matter and then it just descends into random chats about anything so the first 2 hours are the most important bit.
