Boeing Starliner OFT-2 mission to launch with 'Rosie the Rocketeer'

The Boeing Starliner Orbital Flight Test-2 (OFT-2) will launch to the International Space Station atop a United Launch Alliance Atlas. The sensor-equipped 'flight dummy' nicknamed Rosie the Rocketeer will make its second flight into space to collect data, its first flight was on OFT-1.
