Description

A Japanese H3 rocket launched two small Earth-observation satellites, called CE-SAT-IE and TIRSAT, from the Tanegashima Space Center on Feb. 16, 2023. (Feb. 17 - local time). It was a return-to-flight for the rocket after its first test flight in March 2023 ended in failure.
