Description
The U.S. Air Force's Operationally Responsive Space Office's ORS-3 mission was launched from NASA Wallops in Virginia on Nov. 19, 2013. It carried the Space Test Program Satellite-3 (STPSat-3) and 28 cubesat satellites (some student built).
