Fiery reentry of a rocket upper stage seen over Spain

Israel Borja Nuñel Timiraos captured video on April 28, 2020 of what he described as a "meteor" over the city of A Coruña, Spain. It turned out to be the spent upper stage of a Soyuz rocket, according to Dr. Marco Langbroek's SatTrackCam Leiden blog.
